Like many venues and other large places of assembly, Freedom Mortgage Pavilion has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Freedom Mortgage Pavilion's policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
Freedom Mortgage Pavilion requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
Freedom Mortgage Pavilion offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver's License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, and mobile pay. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees in our venue only.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
